Patricia “Trish” McCausland obtained her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law (magna cum laude)

•representation of a publicly traded real estate investment trust defending a federal securities class action complaint and related shareholder derivative action alleging failure to disclose exposure to declining real estate investments
•representation of a major pharmaceutical company defending a federal securities
class action complaint alleging failure to disclose information about the safety profile
of a leading product
•representation of a national insurance company and its investment management company subsidiary in an arbitration against its insurance carrier for breach of contract and bad faith
•representation of a Medicaid managed care organization appealing an adverse trial court decision on claims by a hospital system seeking reimbursement of emergency health care services at full charges
